Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Zen Chic does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about an item prior to purchase, contact us at sales@zenchic.org and we’ll be happy to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@zenchic.org with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review the issue and address it on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all sales are final, all items are non-returnable, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or special-order items
Refunds
Refunds are not issued, except in rare cases where an item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect and cannot be resolved otherwise. Any approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
